February 2025: Launch of Our Real Estate Purchase Business

“Goen,” a Real Estate Purchase Business Specializing in the Kutchan-Niseko and Furano Areas, is Launched! A Direct Purchase Service for a Secure Future.

This February, we launched “Goen,” a real estate purchasing service in the Kutchan-Niseko and Furano areas. These regions are among Hokkaido’s most rapidly developing resorts, attracting significant international attention and demand for properties. However, they also face the universal challenge of vacant homes and land due to an aging and declining population.

To address this, we purchase vacant houses and land in these areas, preventing an increase in deserted properties. We then repurpose them for vacation rentals or luxury villas, contributing to the revitalization of the local economy, particularly in the tourism sector.
