Open positions currently include the following:
①Web Director
Responsibilities include a broad range of web marketing tasks, such as:
- Planning, creating, and managing company websites (e.g., corporate, recruitment).
- Developing and managing web advertising and social media campaigns for clients.
- Implementing and optimizing SEO strategies.
- Developing overall web marketing strategies.
- Analyzing performance data and web analytics.
- Generating reports and proposing data-driven improvements.
②Web Developer
You will handle a wide range of web marketing responsibilities. This includes planning, creating, and managing our company websites (corporate, recruitment, etc.) and client web advertising/social media presence. It also involves SEO implementation, marketing strategy development, data analysis, and proposing improvements based on data.
③Web Designer
You will be involved in diverse activities, creating content like websites and advertising materials, all focused on delivering an optimal user experience and helping our business grow.
- Develop responsive user interfaces that work well across different browsers and devices (desktops, tablets, mobiles).
- Implement interactive elements and features using JavaScript (and potentially JavaScript libraries/frameworks like jQuery, React, Vue, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with web designers to ensure accurate translation of visual designs into functional code.
- Maintain and update existing website code as needed.
Selection Process
①Document Review
First, we’ll review your application documents (resume, message, portfolio if needed). If you pass this stage, we’ll invite you for an interview.
②First Interview (with Hiring Manager)
You’ll talk with our hiring manager about your experience, skills, career goals, and why you’re interested in Kukan. This can be online or in person.
③Second Interview (with Team Members)
You’ll meet potential team members. This is a chance to discuss the specific job, team atmosphere, and work style in more detail.
④Skills Check (for relevant roles):
For some technical positions (like Engineering or Design), we may ask for a small task or skills test. (We’ll let you know if this applies).
⑤Final Interview (with Leadership)
You’ll meet with an executive or our CEO for a final talk about expectations, vision, and cultural fit.
⑥Job Offer
If you successfully complete all steps, we will contact you with a job offer outlining the employment conditions.
