Added Business Segments & Display of Symbol/Brand Logos

In 2025, Kukan Inc. accelerated its business expansion, adding “Goen” real estate acquisition in February and Web support services in April as new pillars. Through these diverse ventures, we identified a unique strength and tangible success in maximizing real estate value through IT and digital marketing. Based on this experience, Kukan will now concentrate its resources on a new domain combining “Minpaku (Vacation Rental) Real Estate” and “Digital Marketing.” We aim to establish these as our two major business pillars, creating unique value unmatched by competitors.

Additionally, our corporate symbol logo and individual brand logos representing each business have been added to the Company Information page. We invite you to view these specially designed logos.

Addition of Furano Office

In February 2025, we opened a new office in Furano. Furano has been a key operational base for our company even before this, with past ventures including inn management in Yamabe, Furano City. This new office aims to further our contribution to the Furano area through expanded business operations. Currently, our head office functions are being relocated from Sapporo to Furano. We’ll continue to operate as a company deeply rooted in rural Hokkaido, especially in Furano.

However, this is merely one facet of Furano. For instance, with its concentrated commercial facilities, Furano also serves as the central hub of its region. Furthermore, not all residents are engaged in tourism; the city also boasts other industries like agriculture.

While Furano City has aspects beyond tourism, these often remain underexposed. For sustainable regional revitalization, we must not solely rely on tourism, which heavily depends on external visitors.
