1. “Real Estate × Web”: Launching Our Unique “Digital Air Supremacy” Strategy We are scaling our “Air Supremacy” strategy to reach global investors regardless of distance, leveraging our strengths in high-quality content (LPs, video, SNS) and SEO expertise. We will specifically focus on matching high-net-worth investors from Greater China with premium properties in Furano and Niseko via multi-lingual outreach in English and Traditional Chinese.
2. “Goen” & “DX Support”: Rooted in Local Problem-Solving We will strengthen our property acquisition service, “Goen,” to tackle regional challenges like inheritance and vacant houses (Akiya). Simultaneously, we will provide “Hands-on DX Support” to local tourism boards and SMEs, boosting the regional economy by sharing our digital expertise.
3. High-Value Renovation & Legal Compliance Our renovation business fully complies with the 2025 Building Standards Act. By merging superior insulation with high-end design, we transform existing properties into “High-Yield Vacation Rentals.”
